ELVE designs and supplies premium terracotta pots and ceramic planters. Product information on the Website is provided for general information and inspiration. Purchases are made through our authorised resellers and trade partners unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Configurator and user content

Our 3D configurator allows you to preview patterns and pot combinations. Outputs are provided for inspiration and quotation purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.

If you upload a custom pattern or image, you represent that you have the right to use and share that material and that it does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful content. You grant ELVE a limited licence to use uploaded files solely to process your enquiry and, where applicable, fulfil a production request agreed with you in writing.

6. Resellers and third-party websites

The Website may reference or link to independent retailers, social media platforms, and other third-party sites. ELVE is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your relationship with a reseller is governed by that reseller's terms and conditions.
